At Bugalugs Pet Care, we want your furry friends to look their best in our boutique apparel; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pet hair is removed and labels are intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned pet fashion, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
